NBBTC NGO is a collaboration network that brings civil society organizations, volunteers, experts, public institutions, universities and the private sector together around shared challenges, managing projects, accountability and social impact in one visible system.
Institution names are not auto-published from source files. An authorized institution owner follows verification and publication in the workspace.
Impact evidence
No published impact evidence.
No beneficiary counts, success rates or verified impact totals are generated. A record appears only when its source owner supplies publishable evidence.

01 · WHY
Coming together is not enough. We must produce results together.
Civil society often works in fragments: knowledge in one place, people in another, funding elsewhere, while the need is in the field. NBBTC NGO aims to bring these pieces into one coordination and evidence architecture.
The goal is not to replace any institution, but to enable institutions to work together more effectively.

02 · HOW IT WORKS
How a social need becomes impact.
Every initiative follows the same core discipline. The need becomes visible, stakeholders are matched, the project is defined, resources are connected, implementation is evidenced and outcomes are measured.
01FIELD SIGNAL
See the need.
A challenge enters the system through field data, stakeholder input, research or community feedback. It is not yet a project; first it must be understood.

03 · NETWORK
From local to global, not one-size-fits-all, but a phased network.
Target scope: Türkiye's 81 provinces. Country and sector scope will be published after an authorized decision. Each geography is tracked according to capacity, legal, budget, project and local-partner evidence.
We no longer only describe. We show status from a source snapshot; this is not live data.
Private records are not published directly. Personal and internal information stays protected; this view shows only verified status information approved for publication.
From the 99-record portfolio public social impact summary.
Of the 99 candidates in the project registry, 8 belong to Social Impact and Community Solidarity. Summaries of 4 are public; names of the other 4 remain private. A candidate record does not mean an active NGO project.
Record titles and classifications retain their original Turkish source names.
Representation is distinct, execution is distinct, audit is independent.
The institutional model creates a chain of accountability in which decision-making, coordination, execution and audit roles do not blur into one another.

09 · TRUST
Trust is part of the design.
Authority, ethics, data, risk and evidence are not controls added later; they are part of the system’s core operating model.
01
Authority must be visible.
A title alone does not create representation or signature authority.
02
A decision must not depend on one person.
Request, control, approval and record-keeping are separated in critical processes.
03
AI does not own the decision.
High-risk decisions remain under human approval and accountability.
04
There is no success without evidence.
A critical decision or project closure is not considered complete without an evidence record.
